All triple-pane decorative, privacy and textured glass panels are enclosed between two panes of tempered glass, offering superior quality, sound dampening and thermal performance.
GLAZING
A glazing compound used to seal the lite frame to the glass.

PERIMETER SEAL
A compound that forms a seal between the perimeter of the lite frame and the door.
SPACER SYSTEM
Runs along the perimeter edge and helps keep the three panes of glass spaced evenly, maintaining the units structural integrity. The spacer system also seals the unit from moisture.
DECORATIVE GLASS PANEL
The decorative glass panel can incorporate clear or colored glass, varying glass textures, bevels and caming to create unique glass designs with a range of opacity levels. The panel’s premium look and quality comes from being handcrafted and built with all-glass bevels.

TEMPERED GLASS
Therma-Tru uses two panes of tempered glass that have been strengthened by heat processing in the construction of its triple-pane glass. The benefits of using tempered glass is that it is stronger than annealed glass and when broken breaks into small pieces for enhanced safety.

CAMING
Formed metal stripping used between cut pieces of glass to assemble the pieces into a decorative panel. Available in black nickel, brushed nickel, and brass.

BEVEL
A glass plate with edges ground and polished to an angle other than 90 degrees to create a prism-like effect.
FIELD GLASS
Flat pieces of clear, colored or textured glass used in the overall pattern to create distinctive designs with a wide range of opacity levels.
