Details

If you were born before 6 April 1951 (men), or 1953 (women), to apply by post you can either:

  • print out and fill in the claim form on this page
  • phone the Pension Service to get a State Pension claim form posted to you

Send the claim form to the Pension Service, or ask someone to do it for you.

If you were born on or after 6 April in 1951 (men) or 1953 (women) you can get your State Pension online.
