Dominic Williams MBE
Biography
Dominic Williams is the current British Ambassador to Cambodia.
He joined the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 2005 and has previously worked in the Embassy in France and the High Commission in Sri Lanka and Maldives. He has served as Deputy Head of Mission and Consul General in Lima (2014).
He spent much of his career working on conflict resolution. He was made a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in recognition of his work during the Sri Lankan conflict. He has worked on UN Peacekeeping, the Syria conflict and consular issues while serving in London.
Dominic speaks English, French and Spanish. He is married and has a son.
