Biography
Jane Owen became Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Swiss Confederation and non-resident Ambassador to Liechtenstein in December 2017.
Prior to this she has served in the following areas:

Jane was educated at Ellerslie School in Malvern, and Trinity College, Cambridge (BA Hons in Russian, French and German). She was born in Bilston in the West Midlands.

The Ambassador represents His Majesty The King and the UK government in the country to which they are appointed. They are responsible for the direction and work of the Embassy and its Consulates, including political work, trade and investment, press and cultural relations, and consular services.
