Having headed up Sellafield Ltd’s Regulatory and Planning Law team within the Office of General Counsel since 2009, Kate was appointed interim General Counsel in January 2022.
Kate’s responsibilities include leading the provision of specialist legal advice and insurance support to the business, supporting the board with corporate governance and compliance.
