The department is currently working to make our tables accessible for our users.

As part of this release, the format of the spreadsheet tables that accompany this release has changed to make them more accessible for our users.

To reduce duplication and make the tables in this release more accessible, in January 2022 we have combined the former tables DIS0109 and DIS0105 as 1 table, DIS0105 (Valid Blue Badges held and population measures by regions and local authority in England).

We have also combined the former tables DIS0106 and DIS0110 as 1 table, DIS0106 (Valid Blue Badges held without assessment by disabled people with population measures by regions and local authority in England).

   Data tables DIS0107, DIS0108 (badges issued) and DIS0111 not updated for the 2019 report. Data table DIS0301 does not include data on badges lost or stolen in the financial year ending 2019.
