Details

These experimental statistics are based on average road fuel sales and stock levels at sampled filling stations in Great Britain. The frequency of the publication has evolved in response to different fuel demand patterns and we will now publish on a weekly basis until further notice.

We are grateful for the feedback received so far on our proposed quarterly publication and continue to welcome comments on both the format and scheduling of the release.

If you have any comments on the data please email: downstream.oil.statistics@beis.gov.uk.
