The Employer’s Requirements documents consist of:
- Part A: General Conditions
- Part B: Generic Design Brief
- Part C School-specific Brief
These documents form the Employer’s Requirements for the DfE Construction Framework 2021 and the Offsite Schools Framework (incorporating Modular and MMC delivery)(MMC)).
Part B and Part C form the Output Specification for school projects.
