Details

This Order is made in relation to a complaint that Mr McMullen breached the Fundamental Principle of Professional Competence and Due Care when he failed to advise two debtors of their eligibility for separate Debt Relief Orders, rather than interlocking IVA.

Accordingly, Mr McMullen was found liable to disciplinary action under the IPA’s Articles of Association.
