Details

This release provides statistics on the stock of domestic properties by Council Tax Band and property attributes in England and Wales. For the first time, this publication includes annual statistics from 1993 to 2021. It also includes new statistics showing the number of properties inserted into and deleted from the Council Tax Valuation Lists for 1993-94 to 2020-21.

For further details on the information included in this release, including a glossary of terms and a variable list for the CSV format files, please refer to the background information document.
