Summary of complaints:
- Between 13 August 2015 and 26 April 2018 Miss Brett failed to issue 34 annual progress reports within the required time limits in 26 Creditors Voluntary Liquidations.
Any, or all of the failures are breaches of Section 104A of the Insolvency Act 1986 and/or Rule 4.49C-CVL of the Insolvency Rules 1986.
- Between 2 August 2016 and 28 March 2018, Miss Brett failed to file 11 progress reports with the Registrar of Companies within the required time limits in 8 Creditors Voluntary Liquidations.
Any, or all of the failures are breaches of Rule 4.49C-CVL of the Insolvency Rules 1986.
- Between 15 June 2017 and 31 March 2018 Miss Brett failed to issue annual progress reports within the required time limits in 3 Members Voluntary Liquidations.
Any, or all of the failures are breaches of Section 92 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and/or Rule 4.49C-CVL of the Insolvency Rules 1986.
- Between 28 September 2016 and 23 October 2017 Miss Brett failed to file 2 progress reports with the Registrar of Companies within the required time limits in 2 Members Voluntary Liquidations.
Any, or all of the failures are breaches of Rule 4.49C-CVL of the Insolvency Rules 1986.
- Between 17 July 2017 and 14 November 2017 Miss Brett failed to issue annual progress reports within the required time limits in 11 compulsory liquidations.
Any, or all of the failures are breaches of Rule 4.49B of the Insolvency Rules 1986.
- Miss Brett failed to file a progress report with the Registrar of Companies within the required time limits in a Compulsory Liquidation.
The failure is a breach of Rule 4.49B of the Insolvency Rules 1986.
- Between 2 July 2017 and 23 September 2018 Miss Brett failed to issue 9 annual progress reports within the required time limits in 8 bankruptcy estates.
