If you cannot use the online service to claim your State Pension, you can do it by post using a claim form. The form you need depends on when you were born.

To apply by post, print out and fill in the claim form on this page, or call the claim line to request a form with a reply envelope.

Send the claim form to the Pension Service, or ask someone to do it for you.
