Details

The environmental minimum requirements (EMR) include the general principles, and the environmental, planning and heritage memorandums.

These documents accompany the High Speed Rail hybrid Bill for Phase 2a of HS2 between the West Midlands and Crewe. During the Parliamentary process changes can be made to the EMRs documents. Where changes are made these are recorded in the Change Log.
