If you cannot use the online service to claim your State Pension, you can do it by post using a claim form. The form you need depends on when you were born.

Applying online is the quickest way to get your State Pension but you can also:

• download a State Pension claim form on this page and send it to your local pension centre
• phone the Pension Service to get a State Pension claim form posted to you

There are notes with the form to help you fill it in.
