Alicia Herbert OBE
Biography
Alicia Herbert was Head of DFID Mozambique July 2012 to November 2013.
Before joining DFID in 1999, Alicia worked for the World Bank and the Policy Studies Institute. Since joining DFID, she has worked in advisory roles, and in DFID offices in Nigeria and Sudan.
She holds a degree in economics, and postgraduate qualifications in development studies and social policy and planning in developing countries.
