Victor Clark

Biography
Victor arrived in Yerevan in November 2020. Since joining the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office in 2003, he has served across a number of political and management roles in Latin America, including Quito, Mexico City, Buenos Aires, San Salvador and Caracas.
Other roles in London have included working on drugs and international crime, multilateral institutions, conflict prevention and British Overseas Territories.
Deputy Head of Mission, Armenia
The Deputy Head of Mission is a senior diplomat and typically a key advisor to the Ambassador or High Commissioner. The Deputy is responsible for the daily management of an overseas Embassy or High Commission. They will represent the UK’s interests in the absence of the Ambassador as Chargé d’Affaires. A senior ranking Deputy may also take the title Minister. Smaller missions may not have a Deputy Head.
