What you’ll need

You’ll need to use your payment reference when you pay. This is ‘CDSC’ followed by your 11-digit cash account number.

You can find your cash account number in your customs financial accounts.

How long it takes

You’ll be able to use your funds as soon as they show in your cash account balance. This is likely to be within 2 hours of the transfer completing.

Your funds may take up to 1 working day to appear in the account transactions log.
