How to pay into your cash account
You can make a transfer from your bank account by Faster Payments, CHAPS or Bacs.
If you use an incorrect payment reference or pay into an incorrect bank account, your goods clearance will be delayed.

What you’ll need
You’ll need to use your payment reference when you pay. This is ‘CDSC’ followed by your 11-digit cash account number.
You can find your cash account number in your customs financial accounts.
How long it takes
You’ll be able to use your funds as soon as they show in your cash account balance. This is likely to be within 2 hours of the transfer completing.
Your funds may take up to 1 working day to appear in the account transactions log.
