What can we deal with directly?

The ARC assurance team can only deal with the following issues—for these please contact us using the form above:

  • I have no ARC, it has been lost or stolen
  • I have No ARC, I never received one
  • I have an “old style” ARC
  • My ARC has expired
  • I have reported a change of circumstances to the Home Office including my right to work status - but my ARC has not been changed
  • It is not my photograph on the card

Also, for third sector, NHS trusts and educational institutes who have an ARC policy query please contact us using the form and select “Third party—ARC policy enquiry”

What do we need from you?

In order to process your query as quickly as possible we require your:

  • Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Home Office / Port Reference (if known)
  • ARC reference (if known)
  • Current Address
  • Postcode
  • Email address (if you have one)
  • Number of dependants

You will then be asked for your issue, this is selected from a drop-down. We then require you to send your completed pro-forma to:

We look to deal with queries within 4 weeks.
