Warren Tucker
Biography
Warren Tucker was appointed as a Non Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office in November 2015. He is also a Non Executive Director of:
- Reckitt Benckiser Plc, where he serves on the audit committee
- Tate & Lyle Plc where he chairs the audit committee and serves on the remuneration committee
- TT Electronics Plc, where he is Chairman-elect
Warren is a qualified Chartered Accountant, MBA and was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Cobham plc for a decade until 2013.
Non Executive Director
Board members give corporate leadership to the FCO by ensuring that the department meets the foreign policy priorities, Public Service Agreements targets and service delivery targets set by ministers. The role of a Non-Executive Board Member is to provide an effective and objective challenge to the rest of the Board and officials.
