Form T483: Apply for urgent consideration in a judicial review
Use this form to apply to the Upper Tribunal Immigration and Asylum Chamber (UTIAC) for urgent consideration in a judicial review.

Fill in this form with Form T480: Apply for a judicial review in an immigration or asylum case.
From 23 March 2020 until further notice, all applications for judicial review needing immediate or urgent consideration (using or including form T483) must be filed as follows:
- If the applicant is represented or unrepresented, and not in immigration detention or at a removal centre, email utiac.londonjr@Justice.gov.uk
- If the applicant is unrepresented and is in immigration detention or at a removal centre, there is no change to the existing arrangements for filing by fax.
- Attachments to any email must not exceed 15 MB. If they exceed this limit the email will not be delivered.
- This applies to the whole of England and Wales. The offices in Birmingham, Cardiff, Leeds, London and Manchester will not accept applications by hard copy.
Fees
A party making an application by email will be contacted by the Tribunal for the payment in due course.
Applications must be made by 4pm Monday to Friday. If your application needs to be made after 4pm please call the out of hours number: 020 7947 6260.
