Details

In 2017, the government made a commitment to make the commercial terms of all government land and property sales more transparent.

The transparency also aims to increase accountability to the taxpayer on how land and property disposals are supporting the government to achieve value-for-money for the public purse.

These reports disclose details of all commercial sales of central government surplus land.
