Biography

Richard Dewell was appointed Her Majesty´s Consul General in Ekaterinburg in February 2019.

He joined the FCO in 2000 and has served overseas in Bishkek Tallinn, New York, the Pitcairn Islands, Geneva and Brussels. He is also a qualified accountant.
