Background

The Authorisation and Return Team in Leeds process Special Procedures applications for:

  • Customs Warehousing (CW)
  • Customs Freight Simplified Procedure (CFSP)
  • End Use (EU)
  • Temporary Admission (TA)
  • Approved Exporter (AE)

Change of address

From 1 January 2020 the Authorisations and Returns Team for these Special Procedures will be moving to:

Postal address for applications

From 1 January 2020 applications for the Special Procedure Authorisations should be sent to:

HM Revenue and Customs
BX9 1GZ

Mail sent to this address will be scanned and forwarded on to the Authorisations and Returns Team in an electronic format. Original documents sent to this address will be scanned and returned to the customer.

Copies of documents should be sent to HMRC unless you’re specifically asked to send originals.
