About trial date windows

Chancery cases are usually given a five-day window during which they are listed to start at the High Court.

Most trials begin on the first or second day of the window.

Between 2 and 5 days	July 2020 to November 2020	26 August 2019
Between 5 and 10 days	November 2020 to January 2021	26 August 2019
