Details

Use this form to apply for IVA for vans and light goods vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of up to 3,500kg.

1. Download and fill in the application form.

2. Save the application form on your computer.

3. Send the application form to the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) using the service to apply for IVA.

4. Pay the application fee by credit or debit card (DVSA will tell you how to do this after you’ve applied), or using a pre-funded account.

Your application can be delayed if you do not fill in the application form correctly.
