AEW Peer Office Hours

Looking for additional assistance in your courses? Peer Office Hours hosted by the AEW Facilitators provide individual assistance for all AEW related courses. Office hours are open to ALL ECS students. The complete schedule, which is updated daily, can be found on the ECS Guidebook app.

The Center for Learning and Student Success (CLASS)

The Center for Learning and Student Success (CLASS) provides and facilitates academic support services for SU students, including one-on-one tutoring, small-group tutoring and workshops, academic coaching and academic integrity education and training. Through collaboration with academic departments and offices, the Center coordinates programs and disseminates information about campus-wide academic resources available to students. The Center is located in room 014 on the lower level of Bird Library.

Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) General Body Meeting: Thursday September 12th @ 7pm, Link Lobby

Come and learn what SHPE is all about! You’ll get a chance to meet the E-Board and other members, learn how to become a SHPE member, how to get involved in the organization and several upcoming events. Everyone is welcomed!

Engineering Ambassadors Training Sessions: Thursday September 12th @ 7pm (Physics Bldg 104N) or Friday September 13th @ 4pm (Link 200)

Rt44The Engineering Ambassadors initiative consists of weekly Friday afternoon sessions in which SU students work alongside middle school students to complete science and engineering experiments, encouraging and motivating them to pursue these fields in high school and beyond. Attend a training session in order to volunteer with us! Contact if you have any questions or concerns.

Volunteers needed as Family Weekend Ambassadors

The Office of Parent and Family Services would like to invite you to apply to be an Orange Family Ambassador for Family Weekend 2019! These student representatives will serve a vital role in welcoming our family members and guests to the campus for Family Weekend. The event takes place on the weekend of October 18th-20th, 2019

Advertising Student Organization Events

ECS Student Organizations can have their events advertised through the weekly newsletter and computer lab screen savers AFTER they have consulted with Kate Pynn (, Link 121).  The deadline to submit events is noon Thursday, the week prior to the event
