I have to keep electronics off for at least an hour before I go to bed or my brain just won’t shut off! I used to not have trouble sleeping at all, but over the last 2 months or so, I cannot stay asleep.
One minute I’m struggling to keep my eyes open, and the next thing I know I’ve been napping for two hours.
At least once a week, I will remember something I need to do and lay there worrying that I will forget it by morning for at least an hour.
It’s such a distraction for me I find myself completely loosing track of time if I have my laptop in bed with me. You’re right, I always remember things as soon as I climb into bed and forget them by morning.

I do turn my phone on vibrate but I can’t help but look at my phone if I hear the noise and then sometimes that keeps me playing on my phone for longer. I have such great ideas when I’m trying to fall asleep and then when I wake up, I forget them all.
