Before you land at your final destination, you will want to freshen up.  Wash up as best you can.  You’re not going to feel great, but you will feel much better than you would have if you had not followed the advice listed above, and your jet lag will be somewhat mitigated, so let’s go! All in all, as I said, eliminating jet lag just doesn’t happen (unless you are one of the lucky ones), but all of this will minimize it quite a bit.
