I recently teamed up with the lovely folks at Verizon Wireless to work on a few projects together and they asked if I would be interested in testing out the FitBit Flex for review. The FitBit Flex tracks steps, distance, calories burned and active minutes throughout your day.
Another awesome feature the FitBit Flex is that you can also track your weight, food intake, create a food plan and how much water you drink.

I loved testing out the FitBit Flex for a few weeks – it was awesome to keep track of my activity throughout the day and get a better idea of what my sleep cycles are like on a daily basis. I’ve gotten away from tracking my calories (because I can get a bit obsessive with it) but I would be very interested in seeing my sleep patterns and how much I actually moved during the day. It does so many amazing things to help you stay on track with your workouts and healthy lifestyle – it’s a pretty amazing thing!
