The SOUND+SLEEP Systems are natural noise machines designed to help enhance your sleep at night. Back when I first tried SOUND+SLEEP, they only had the original SOUND+SLEEP machine (which I totally recommend getting).
If you want it to, the nomad SOUND+SLEEP can play your noise all night (it’s part of my morning ritual to turn it off before getting out of bed). If you want to have better sleep at night and fall asleep faster, I really can’t recommend the SOUND+SLEEP system enough.
