If you are visiting the Sites from a location outside of the United States, your connection will be through and to servers located in the United States. All information you receive from the Sites may be created on servers located in the United States, and all information you provide may be maintained on web servers and systems located within the United States. The data protection laws in the United States and other countries might not be the same as those in your country. By using the Sites or submitting information to us, you specifically consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and to the facilities and servers we use, and to those with whom we may share your information
Personal data collected by Company in the course of its business activities, including in connection with some client services, as well as on the Sites may be transferred from time to time to Company’s subsidiaries and affiliates and their personnel across our global organization, as well as to our third party service providers located throughout the world, including in countries where the local law may grant you fewer rights than you have in your own country. Additionally, the Sites may be viewed and hosted by Company and our third party service providers anywhere in the world. Where required by law, we have put in place legal mechanisms designed to ensure adequate data protection of your personal data that is processed by Company subsidiaries, affiliates and third party service providers, including the transfer of your personal data to countries other than the one in which you reside. By using any of the Sites and providing information on any of them, you voluntarily consent to such trans-border transfer and hosting of such information, subject to any privacy rights you exercise under applicable state law.
This section of the policy applies solely to the residents of the States of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah, who have interacted with us in the ways described earlier in this policy by sharing their personal information, and who have certain privacy rights under the applicable laws in their state (respectively, the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, the Colorado Privacy Act, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, and the Utah Consumer Privacy Act; the Nevada Privacy Law). Under California law, “share” or “sharing” means sharing, renting, releasing disclosing, disseminating making available, transferring or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, your personal data by us to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, for monetary or other valuable consideration. The privacy laws of the other states that we have listed do not use the term “sharing,” but describe a concept as “processing for targeted advertising.” When we use the words “share” or “sharing” here, we mean it to include share and sharing as defined in California, as well as targeted advertising as defined under the privacy laws of those other states referenced above. Under the laws of California, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah, the definition of “sale” is broad and covers many common business activities, even when the personal data used is not exchanged for money, or when it has been partially de-identified. Company may share basic contact information (such as an email address), network activity, device identifiers, and generalized customer inferences (e.g. potential customer types) for data analytics, marketing and promotional purposes, for customer engagement studies, to provide customized solutions and offers of interest to you, and fraud detection. According to Virginia privacy laws, “selling” is the exchange of your personal data for monetary consideration only. Accordingly, Virginia residents, Company does not sell your personal data for money to third parties for their independent business use. Nevada residents: Company does not exchange your personal data for money with anyone. Your Right to Know
You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection of your personal data. Once we receive and confirm your request, we will disclose to you:
You have the right to request that we delete your personal data, subject to a few exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your request, we will delete and, if applicable, direct our service providers to delete, your personal data from our records. If one or more of the following exceptions apply, we may deny your deletion request:
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data we maintain about you. Upon verifying your request, we will endeavor to use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly correct your personal data.

The personal data that you provide to use as part of an opt-out request will only use be used by us to review and comply with your request and for any required record keeping obligations we may have.
Under certain state privacy laws, we will wait at least twelve (12) months before asking your permission to reauthorize the sales or sharing of your personal data
Virginia residents have the right to opt-out of automated processing performed on their personal data for “profiling” purposes, such as to assess, analyze, or forecast personal aspects related to your economic situation, health and behavior, personal preferences, hobbies, behavior, location or other interests.
For residents of California, Virginia and Colorado, if we deny or otherwise cannot fulfill your requests relating to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal data, you will receive a notification from us. As a first step, you can appeal to us by emailing us at support@snapify.ai within fourteen (14) calendar days of our notice, and please be sure to include “Appeal” in the subject line. In addition, to your state of residence, your appeal should set forth in detail the reasons for your appeal. To exercise the state privacy law rights described above, you should send us written request via email to support@snapify.ai. via the Company address listed below. Please ensure that your request (1) provides sufficient information to allow us to verify that you are the person about whom we have collected personal information; and (2) provides sufficient detail to allow us to understand, evaluate, and respond to your request. We may not be obligated or able to respond to requests that do not meet these criteria.
You may only make a verifiable consumer “Request to Know” twice within a 12-month period
For your security we may require you to verify your identity before we can act on your request. There may be information we will not return in response to your access request, such as information that would affect the privacy of others or interfere with legal requirements.
Similarly, there may be reasons why we cannot comply with your deletion request, such as the need to keep your personal information to fulfill a legal obligation.
Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to any complete and valid request within forty-five (45) days of receipt, except for Requests to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing/Using Your Personal Information for Targeted Advertising which are processed within fifteen (15) business days. There is no cost to submit a valid request although Company may require a fee if your request(s) are excessive, repetitive, or unreasonable. You will not be charged a fee, and your fee-bearing request will not be processed, without Company providing you with prior written notice.
If we require more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response electronically, or by mail, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable request's receipt.
Company may not discriminate against you for exercising your state privacy rights and will not deny you services, charge you a higher or unreasonable price, or a lower quality of service due to your exercise of any of your state rights.
It is permissible, at least under California privacy laws to offer you certain financial incentives that could result in different prices, rates or quality levels. It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated on Company’s home page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you by email to the primary email address specified in your account and/or through a notice on Company’s home page. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.
