The bonus increases with each additional level in this power. The player also gets a bonus of +2 to rank when taking diplomatic actions. When a diplomatic action is brought before the Infernal Conclave that does not involve the player, the player receives the equivalent in prestige points equal to the average of the two players' ranks. The ritual can last for multiple turns but the tribute cost must be paid each turn.
