Once FitnessBliss is done generating your workout routines you'll be taken to the editing page.
When you're done reviewing your workout routine you are given the option of exporting it to a .pdf document. FitnessBliss lets you keep track of your progress by giving you tools to enter and store results of past workout sessions.
FitnessBliss also lets you follow your workout progression by giving you access to useful charts. Finally, FintessBliss lets you review your past workout results by letting you go back in time. For example, you'll be able to track the evolution of your fitness level using the well known 1 repetition maximum (1-RM) using the bench press exercise or the 12 minute run Cooper test. Using the exercise browser you'll be able to quickly view detailed information about any one of the 750+ exercises available. FitnessBliss even lets you add your own custom exercises to the default library for those instances where you find exercises that are missing from the selection. For those occasions when you are away from your main computer - say you're at the gym, you may still access your FitnessBliss account using mobile browsers. Mobile browsers are web browsers that are found in portable devices such as smart phones (also called app phones) and MP3 players. Using the mobile edition of FitnessBliss you'll be able to consult and track results for your workout routines, chart your progress, review your workout history and even browse the extensive exercise library for workout ideas. If you are a visitor interested in touring and joining the gym, please call ahead to schedule an appointment to make sure staff will be available.
We use closed circuit television monitoring and recording for the purposes of safety and security (in common area). Everyone must swipe their key card at the box located to the left of the door (even if door is propped open or unlocked). If you are not a member, your membership has expired, or your key card does not grant you access, please call us at 570-874-1768. If you are not a member and you are able to enter the facility, please report to a staff member immediately. If you wish to attend our classes as a non-member, you will need to obtain a key card for check in purposes and swipe in like everyone else.
Members allowing entry to non-members will have their membership suspended for 30 days (without refund). A low impact, high intensity class designed to target, tone and tighten your abs and glutes.

Whether you're a complete newbie or seasoned pro in the gym, think back to your very first time. If you're still relying exclusively on straight, traditional sets as your only¬†workout technique¬†(e.g. If you want BIG growth and BIG results, swapping exercises in and out of your workout routine is absolutely essential.
