When the Southern Poverty Law Center, a liberal-leaning group that tracks organizations it deems hateful, reached Kimathi by phone Wednesday to ask whether he was the Irritated Genie, he hung up. Kimathi’s former supervisor told the Southern Poverty Law Center she discovered his website in June. ICE Deputy Press Secretary Gillian Christensen said, “ICE does not condone any type of hateful rhetoric or advocacy of violence of any kind against anyone.
A Black Homeland Security employee has been placed on administrative leave after it was discovered that he’d created an anti-white, anti-gay website calling for the killing of all gay people, white people and people of mixed race. A Homeland Security employee who runs a racist website that predicts an “unavoidable, inevitable clash with the white race” has been placed on paid administrative leave by the agency.
Ayo Kimathi, an acquisitions officer for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, calls himself the “Irritated Genie” and runs an anti-white, anti-gay website called the War on the Horizon (WOH).

At the agency, the Homeland Security employee is in charge of the procurement of guns, handcuffs and ammunition for US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The website was discovered by the Southern Poverty Law Center and has been listed under the Hate Watch page. By day, Ayo Kimathi works for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) as a small business specialist in a unit that buys such items as handcuffs, ammunition and guns. Kimathi was given permission to launch a website he told supervisors would be used to sell concert tickets. WASHINGTON The Homeland Security Department says an employee who runs a racist website predicting and advocating a race war has been put on paid administrative leave. An acquisitions officer for Immigration and Customs Enforcement who deals with small businesses, Ayo Kimathi, operates the website War on the Horizon.

His website criticizes whites, gays, those of mixed race, and blacks who integrate with whites.
His side “job” running the “War On the Horizon” website was reportedly approved by supervisors.
The Southern Poverty Law Center, which monitors hate groups, earlier this week reported on Kimathi's role in running the site.
