Walk the Beam
PURPOSE

STARTING POSITION (No load)
Stand at the end of the MOTR facing the extension arm.
MOVEMENT SEQUENCE
Step onto the roller and walk forward three steps and then back three steps moving from the floor to the roller and back each time. Reverse the leading foot after a few repetitions.
MAKE IT HARDER
Stay on the roller and walk forward and back without stepping off.
