STARTING POSITION (No load)
Stand at the end of the MOTR facing the extension arm.
MOVEMENT SEQUENCE
Step up on the roller with one foot and tap the MOTR with the other foot then step down. Repeat with the same leg. Switch legs after a few repetitions.
MAKE IT HARDER
Alternate — Change which leg steps up on the MOTR each time.
Speed — Move at a faster tempo. Try using music to find a pace that suits your level of intensity.
