Ground Turkey Taco Salad


Ingredients

20 minutes (10 minute cook time; 10 minute prep time)

Taco Seasoning:
Individual serving

Directions

  1. Preheat a skillet on medium heat.
  2. Mix taco seasoning together in small bowl.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to skillet, add ground turkey and taco seasoning mixing to combine.
  4. Halve the grape tomatoes, dice avocado and add to a small bowl. Set aside with salsa and lettuce.
  5. Cook ground turkey thoroughly and leave in skillet when done.
  6. Assembly line adding ingredients to a bowl or plate to assemble the taco salad, order doesn’t matter. Enjoy!

**You could also add other toppings such as cheese, low fat sour cream, tortilla chip crumbles or brown rice. But note that the nutrition information is for the above recipe and not any additional toppings.
