Directions
- Add 1/2 cup of rolled oats to mason jar or container.

- Add toppings, such as chia seeds or other seeds and nuts, you can add them now or at the time of serving. If

- Store mason jar or container in refrigerator overnight. Serve chilled or heat up in the microwave in the morning.
