Directions
- Heat olive oil in skillet on medium-high heat. Add in onion, celery, and garlic, stirring frequently, until golden brown. About 8 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium and stir in the cauliflower florets. Cook until brown, stirring frequently, about 10 minutes.
- Add in parsley (if using), poultry seasoning, sage, salt and pepper. Cook for 1 minute for spices to combine.
- Stir in broth, cover and cook until cauliflower is tender and liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
