Homemade Apple Cider Vinaigrette Dressing


Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 shallot; diced
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Put all of the above ingredients into a food container or jar; stir by closing the container and shaking.
  2. Use in the Pomegranate Pear Salad or Holiday Apple Salad recipes, or your favorite salad recipe!
* Note: This dressing can last in the refrigerator for about a week
