Butternut Squash Recipe


Ingredients

  • 1 butternut squash, peeled, seeded and diced into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Garlic powder, pepper and salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Toss butternut squash pieces with olive oil and spices in medium sized bowl. Arrange on baking sheet.
  3. Cook for 20-40 minutes or until squash is tender. Enjoy!
