Butternut Squash Recipe
    
    
        
    
    
         Ingredients
    
            
               - 1 butternut squash, peeled, seeded and diced into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Garlic powder, pepper and salt, to taste
      
     
        Directions
    
        
        
            - Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Toss butternut squash pieces with olive oil and spices in medium sized bowl. Arrange on baking sheet.
- Cook for 20-40 minutes or until squash is tender. Enjoy!
