Avocado Toast with Egg

Directions

  1. Dice avocado into small bowl, mash with fork.
  2. Season avocado with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a pan to medium heat.
  4. Add 1/2 tablespoon olive oil. Add cracked egg to pan and cook until preferred doneness (medium, over easy, hard, etc.) Or use a hard boiled egg!
  5. Spread mashed avocado over whole grain bread and add egg on top. Enjoy!
