4 tablespoons Asian chili garlic sauce like sriracha
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts diced or pork tenderloin
Directions
Add all ingredients into a large Ziplock bag and mix together.
To cook: thaw the bag in the fridge overnight then add to a slow cooker for 5-6 hours or bake on a sheet pan at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Add vegetables (fresh or frozen) and serve with brown rice, cauliflower rice or quinoa!
