Asian Pork (or chicken)Marinade Freezer Pack


Ingredients

  • ¾ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced or grated
  • 4 tablespoons Asian chili garlic sauce like sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts diced or pork tenderloin
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients into a large Ziplock bag and mix together.
  2. To cook: thaw the bag in the fridge overnight then add to a slow cooker for 5-6 hours or bake on a sheet pan at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Add vegetables (fresh or frozen) and serve with brown rice, cauliflower rice or quinoa!
