Summary of Incident
On September 30, 1992, Cruz-Garcia and the two co-defendants forcibly entered the victim's residence where they sexually assaulted the victim's mother and tied, gagged, and beat her boyfriend. The subjects then kidnapped the seven-year old victim. The skeletal remains were found on November 4, 1992 in Baytown, Texas.
