Setting up Okta

Supported Features

We currently only support Service Provider Initiated (SP-initiated) SSO.

Configuration Steps

  1. In the Applications section of your Okta Admin panel, browse the App Integration Catalog, and add our app: ResoluteAI
  2. After adding, collect the following information from that page to send to your Client Success Manager:
    • Okta URL (e.g. resolute.okta.com)
    • Client ID (e.g. 1fjdn7fhqRDgMSYzQ8k9)
    • Client Secret (e.g. dhsn6HgdRtn4Fbkdt6Jn-db_Yhnd6sFGns7sMQH8)
  3. Once your account has been configured, we'll let you know and your whole organization will be able to use Okta to log into their ResoluteAI accounts.
