Simmune is the name of an integrated set of computational biology modeling tools. The Simmume NetworkViewer is one of the Simmune tools. It provides a network visualization and graphical user interface that allows interactive exploration of the biomolecular reaction models created with the Simmune Modeler. Based on the model specification, the Simmune NetworkViewer generates a compact global overview of the reaction network. Detailed local information is provided on-demand through user interaction.
