Because of this, it’s common to experience toxic reactions when cleansing, especially those who are new to it.  Fasters can happily sail through the first day or two, even 5 days, but I’ve yet to meet anyone who hasn’t at some point felt queasy, dizzy, experienced unusual and painful head-aches or other, more unpleasant, toxic reactions. Your body, when you cleanse, is ridding itself of both physical and emotional toxins.  Fasters experience a resurgence of energy, an unburdening of negative emotions and a sense of renewed vitality and for some, it’s a life changing experience. But to constantly switch from heavy food to cleansing would place an enormous strain on anyone’s body.

Red Nose Day, held annually on the last Friday in June, is the major fundraiser for SIDS and Kids. I’ve seen it do wonders for a little bit for pets like Sam and some pets with lymphoma like your dog. We worked full time when we had Shelby on it, and I remember we had to ask a neighbor to come let her out during the day because she peed so much (and I don’t think we ever got to sleep a whole night through then either).
