OneCard is a fast-paced, simple yet highly strategic card game designed for 2-4 players. The core objective is to be the last player remaining by forcing opponents to draw cards when they cannot legally play one. The game is played with a standard 52-card deck, typically using just the Ace through 6 of each suit (though variations exist). Each player is dealt a hand of 4 cards face down, and the remaining cards form the draw pile in the center. gameplay begins with the player to the dealer's left drawing one card from the draw pile and either playing it to the center "discard pile" if it matches the rank or suit of the previously played card, or keeping it face down as their own card if no match exists. Play then moves clockwise to the next player, who must also draw one card and follow the same rules. If a player cannot play the drawn card (neither matching rank nor suit on the discard pile), they must draw one additional card from the pile. If they still cannot play the second card, they must draw a third. This sequence continues until a player successfully plays a card or the draw pile is exhausted (at which point a single card is turned face up to become the new draw pile). The round ends when all 52 cards have been played, and the player with the fewest cards in their hand wins that round, taking those cards into their possession. The game is then replayed, with the winner of the previous round starting the new round.
