To play Trump Cards, also known as "War," you begin by gathering all the cards from a standard 52-card deck. shuffle the deck thoroughly and then deal them out evenly face down between all the players involved, forming two separate piles in front of each player. The game starts with both players flipping over the top card from their respective piles simultaneously. The player whose card is higher, according to standard poker hand rankings (Ace high, followed by King, Queen, Jack, and then 10 down to 2), collects both cards, adding them to the bottom of their own pile. If the flipped cards are of equal rank, a 'war' is declared. Each player then places three additional cards face down onto the table and flips the fourth card upwards, just like in the initial round. The higher card among these four now wins all the cards in play, including the ones initially placed face down. This process of comparing cards and collecting winnings continues until one player has gathered all the cards, effectively winning the game.
