The Kobe-beef hot dog comes with toppings on the side, including cheese, onions, bacon, tomato and relish ($10 lunch, 6-inch hot dog with a side; $18 dinner, footlong hot dog).


Try the skinless-beef or Polish wiener and choose from 15 toppings of your choice (hot dogs start at $3.49). Lobby Syregelas, a former Chicagoan, offers Chicago-style hot dogs ($3.99), served in a steamed poppy-seed bun and topped with mustard, relish, onions, tomatoes, kosher pickle, peppers and celery salt.
